研究方向:

1、复杂活性天然产物的全合成;

2、基于天然产物全合成的药物化学研究

具有重要生物活性的天然产物一直以来都是新药研发的主要来源,随着合成方法学及合成策略的发展,对复杂分子的全合成成为了可能,我们课题组将致力于对复杂活性天然产物进行全合成并通过结构修饰开展活性研究。

研究成果:近年来首次完成了包括萜类天然产物fusarisetin A, B的不对称全合成和绝对构型更正(J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2012);首次完成复杂四萜taiwaniadducts B, C, D的不对称全合成(J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2016);虎皮楠生物碱daphenylline的不对称全合成(Nature Chem. 2013);氨基糖类抗生素Gentamicin等几类重要天然产物的全合成。
