蕨类植物化学成分研究 (Phytochemical Investigations on Fern Species) 蕨类植物也称羊齿植物,是介于苔藓植物和种子植物之间的一个大类群,全世界约有12000余种,中国约63个科,2600余种。云南,有“蕨类王国”之称,拥有60科(占全国总数约百分之九十五)、184属(占全国总数约百分之九十)、约1300余种(占全国总数约百分之七十七)蕨类植物。蕨类植物资源丰富,其多个种在民间作为药用,但对其化学成分研究不多。本研究组与植物园成晓研究组合作开展蕨类植物化学与生物学研究(植物生物学部分有陈晓研究组承担)。目前,已完成24种药用蕨类植物的化学成分研究,涉及14科17属。共分离得到化合物394余个/次,新化合物57个,其中包括5个具有新颖骨架的化合物。相关研究成果发表在国际期刊Organic Letters, Journal of Natural Products等杂志上。
Fern, comprising by more than 12,000 species, is the most archaic plant. In China, nearly 77% ferns grow in the southwest, which provide abundant resources for our research. Many Fern plants are used as medicine to treat kinds of diseases, but few chemical constituents were reported. During the past five years, we have accomplished the phytochmical research on 24 ferns species, which belong to 14 different families and 17 different genus. As a result, three hundred and ninety-four compounds including 57 new ones were isolated. Among the new compounds, five novel compounds with unique skeletonThese results were published in the international journals, such as Organic Letters, Journal of Natural Products and so on.
